Coaching and teaching children and young adults how to do their best thinking and make their best choices.
Pioneering a new initiative explicitly teaching 'Thinking'. This is where the world of coaching meets the world of teaching to empower children to understand how their brain works, what is needed in order for it to think well and how to manage when it doesn't!
The ultimate safeguarding.
Based in Northumberland, but offering services across the United Kingdom.

1-1 Personal Coaching
We all have way more power than we think when it comes to managing our thoughts and controlling our emotions.
Coaching will:
- Create an environment where children and young adults can think freely without judgement or interruption;
- Help them to identify where their thoughts might be limiting them and causing unease;
- Help them to replace limiting beliefs and assumptions with more liberating ones.
The result: empowered, independent thinkers with the confidence and resilience to cope in any given situation and achieve their full potential.
Learn to be a Thinking Coach.
This will equip children and young adults with tools and techniques to take their thinking to the next level and inspire others to do the same.
Bespoke workshops will:
- Explain the conditions a coach needs to create for someone to be able to think freely;
- Teach them how to conduct a thinking session for an individual and a small group;
- Help them to spot when thinking is being affected by a limiting belief or assumption; and how to manage that.
The result: attentive listeners with a deeper understanding of who they are and what they and others need in order to do their best thinking.
Learn to teach 'Thinking'.
We can only think independently and with resilience if the environment we are in has 10 components present.
Bespoke consultancy will help you to:
- Develop a 'thinking environment' in school;
- Integrate the explicit teaching of 'Thinking' into the school curriculum;
- Identify where limiting beliefs and assumptions might be stealing capacity within school and adding to the workload of teachers and leaders.
The result: the freeing up of leaders to lead, teachers to teach and children and young adults to own their learning.
Totally game-changing.
